      1. No Job Security - They recently fired good number of employees in just 1 day notice period 2. No Appreciation for Hard Work

      The points mentioned in the reviews are exaggerated. Whoever wrote this review did not leave in good terms with us. The good number doesn’t define anything. The current situation has slowed down the business which has led to a few job cut down but we have promised the exits that once we have an opportunity we will rehire. We are also in a continuous hiring process.

      Too Bad Experience..Pathetic HR Policy..Careless Management and enviorement.

      Not found major benefit join here. Bad-luck was join here only seeing client are Jio.

      Cons

      LLP Company. No proper policy and CMMI standard. No job surety because they have small and temp client projects only. Not suitable for experience holder, but fresher can try if want to stable for few month or year.

      CEO is good, previous employees are very supportive,only CISCO project is good.

      Cons

      1:-Worsts HR and his policies. 2:-Too much politics and nepotism. 3:-AVP behaves like DICTATOR. 4:-No work culture. 5:-Not employee friendly. 6:- No client except CISCO. 7:-Top management is worsts. 8 :-No Increment. 9:-No value of loyal employees. 10: only SYCOPHANT can survive.
