Everything. The management talks to you like you’re trash. They micromanage and don’t care what your going through. You could literally have a death in the family and all they’ll say is I don’t know what to tell you and leave it at that . They’re disrespectful and think you have to take their nonsense BEST thing I did was leave. Now I’m getting paid $10,000 more annually and My new job is a breath of fresh air. Don’t even think of asking for days off they will automatically deny it. They pays TRASH, and they expect you to eAt sleep and breath this job. Oh and they don’t give you benefits . The end

Lower than average pay, the CEO and COO are both super disconnected from what goes on in the office, no benefits, expected to work double hours around open enrollment for a poor bonus
