The company is not partial towards anyone, when an employee become old, they become more friendly than new employees which might look like that company is being partial. There is no way, any employee can throw any other employee from the company. If company will fire all new employees based on old employee's review, there will be no employee in the company. In case someone is being fired, its solely based on their performance.
