We have a hybrid working approach but also have a flexible working arrangement option that employees can apply for, such as full time remote or reduced days onsite.

We agree it's important to mix with and know your co-workers, we will try to implement more company wide activities on top of existing pizza days and summer parties.
We have quarterly townhalls onsite to inform everyone about projects and client updates, but we will try to make this more frequent.
