Pros

Unlimited PTO Great Coworkers Good health insurance plan

Cons

Terrible leadership who drove the company down the drain until it was cheap enough for Healthgrades to buy for a song. No one on the executive team ever knew what anyone's job duties were so when layoffs came, it was just a matter of favoritism. CEO was supposedly a strategist and a technical innovator, but he didn't know anything about the products or the people behind them. Cloak-and-dagger executive team who hid important information from employees, telling them up to acquisition announcement day that everything was fine and not to worry, go ahead and make your 2019 plans.

Pros

The pay and benefits were good.

Cons

I read the reviews about Influence Health before accepting the offer to work for them. I thought the negative reviews couldn't be that bad, and that they were written by those who got burned. I was wrong, and the reviews were true. I was not prepared for the sheer amount of work load expected to be done in such a short period of time. I've worked in places where I was expected to do great amounts of work in short periods of time...but not the work load of three people! Management tends to rule with fear in a boss like management style, and less like true leaders who get down in the trench with you. Top down communication is sorely lacking and could use some leadership training on how to work better with people.

Pros

Pros are all gone. Healthgrades acquired InfluenceHealth and fired most of the Influence Health people a few days later. Perspective CMS clients run away and do not sign up. Perspective Emps, do not even waste your time applying.

Cons

InfluenceHealth/Healthgrades DOES NOT develop their CMS software anymore. CODX is subcontracted through CrownPeak and is utter garbage, CODlite is going to be built on a 3rd party platform called Drupal. COD9 aka Sitemaker was the only software IH ever developed but management decided to let die and not support the latest versions of OS and ColdFusion. (even though they gladly took existing clients money knowing it was not supported anymore)
