Pros

You get a free walmart orange sweater with an "Influur" logo on it.

Cons

This company is the equivalent of a “pretend company” it’s basically little kids running a make-believe business out of an office the size of a shed. The entire executive team is awkward, lack social skills, and consistently fails to communicate with their employees a clear direction of the tasks that are expected of them. The COO especially is in desperate need of a management/ leadership course- she is by far the most unqualified manager to run a business or any type of successful department within one. All four executive managers lack complete self-awareness of how they are running their “self-made google re-searched” company into the ground. The entire management team pins their aggression onto their workers on a daily basis. They are increasingly creating a toxic work environment to the point where employees feel uncomfortable not answering 24/7 7 days a week work-related requests via texts/phone calls from their department managers. There is no work-life balance at this company whatsoever. And to top it off- they’re paying certain “employees” under the table who don’t have the proper documentation to even be WORKING IN THE U.S. This company is in constant disorganized chaos- avoid working for these employers at all costs if you can.

Pros

- you get a free sweater

Cons

- they are breaking the law by hiring employees under the table - they completely discriminate against you if you're not Venezuelan or don't speak spanish - they make their employees pose as brands so their business model is based on a complete lie - they have "favorites" and treat the employees who are not favorites like crap - no benefits, structure, or respect of work life balance - this is a product of "rich kids" who are funded by their parents money to make a "company" -management lack leadership skills - all they care about is their image on Instagram -they can't take criticism from anyone who isn't in a leadership position - they treat their employees like "numbers" who are easily replaceable - overall they're just a rude group of employees - I gave them 5 years before this company tanks

Tools don’t build companies, people do.

Pros

We used to be a strong, collaborative team, people with bold ideas and a genuine desire to make a difference. There was energy, passion, and a sense of purpose. Everyone brought something unique to the table. But now, that spirit is gone. The tech and product teams no longer exist. It’s just one person, relying solely on a paid AI tool and their intuition, believing that’s all it takes to build something meaningful.

Cons

The biggest loss isn’t just the structure, it’s the lack of respect for the people who gave their all. We worked through uncertainty, constant shifts in direction, and still tried to deliver quality under pressure. But with ideas changing every month, there was no room for progress, no time to reach excellence. The people were not the problem, the lack of clarity, direction, and consistency was.
