      Pros

      It is really a great place to work. Nice employees, all are cooperative. This is such a company where I have seen many ex employees were joining back. The work environment is very good. The management is easily reachable. Anyone in the whole company can be reached very easily. The CEO is as such he comes down to help you at personal level when you are in trouble. One of the finest company I have ever seen in my life.

      Cons

      No downside at all if you compare to any other company out there. I really think there is no downside.
