No pros! Why? Check the Cons..or ask a former employ of this company

Cons

Management is very incompetent! Very low salary, like 10k in hand. Too far away from metro. 6 days working, overtime is necessary, and yes you won't get paid for this extra effort. They take projects which are way beyond their potential and in the end the employees receive the bad end of it. Also, if the project gets screwed up, the hard-working developers are on the receiving end of it. The management shirks from their responsibilities. And you might have to pay for the losses in the project. LOL. Would you really be interested in working in a company, where if the project doesn't get completed on then you have to bear the loss?! Think again.

1. Get good exposer of work. 2. Learn new technologies 3. Best for freshers to learn and get good career in next jump. 4. Team members are very good and helping. 5. Salary on time between 5-10 of month.

Cons

1. Less Salary than market. 2. No appraisals on time. Minimum delay is 6 months. 3. Too much work pressure. 4. Four developers work getting done by one developer. 5. Less head counts. 6. Need to work on weekends 7. Management is very rude.
