There has been a large amount of executive management turnover in the past few years. This is not a good sign and gives the impression there is a disconnect between with the goals of the board, CEO, and employees. Another issue with turnover of executive management might be that there is a consensual relationship between management and staff that is meant to be "secret' however everyone is aware of it and it has significant downstream effects within the organization. Information that is meant for the leadership team only is often shared prematurely with these employees or they has been included in meetings/conversations that are not part of his(her) role.

- Their software is full of defects. Customers always complain about those defects. So that explains why they are still located in a basement office, even though they were established in 1995. - They have a super low-quality offshore team. - The management does not know what they want. - The management is partial to some of the employees who have been working there for a long time, even though those employees are the ones who are causing an absolute mess! - Low salary - Terrible benefit package - Office is located in a building basement and the restroom is located outside the facility.
