Pros

This is a small company with not much talent or ambition so if you're looking to be a big fish in a small pond, you're in the right place. No one is really in charge here and the buck stops no where so you can get away with most things.

Cons

This is a little hole in the wall with no ambition, so don't expect to go places with them. If you're good, it will take you about a year to achieve everything you can achieve here, so have the next step planned. It is fairly frustrating to be surrounded by people who are dull and plodding along. It is even more frustrating when the smart people spend more of their time plotting and scheming instead of trying to achieve bigger and better goals. Despite being a small company, InfoPro is strangely bureaucratic. I think its because they're all competing for a piece of the same little pie.

Bad place to work

Pros

If you know how to say yes to everything and work for 7 days a week then you are at the right place

Cons

Everyday is a nightmare. The middle management encourages rude behaviour. Too much of favouritism. Middle management is hierarchy driven and cannot hear NO or any suggestions. They are always rude and consider employees are servants. They want you to work in Indian time zone and then also in the EST time zone. However, if they have to work for 10 hours they have a problem but India team must start their day at 10:00 AM IST and finish their day by 10:00 PM IST or later. CEO, Exec VP are trying hard to bring a change and make it a better place but employees dont have access to speak to them and share their experience and if there are meeting employees are scared as your job will be a stake. All in all no job security, you can be told to leave any minute without even a 5 minute notice. They will scold, shout at managers in open. Middle Senior management is the reason why people leave this place the moment they get an opportunity. All in all a very sad place to work.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your thoughtful feedback. We work very hard to ensure employees feel valued, like they're doing purposeful work and that they have a good work-life balance. This has clearly not been your experience, and for that we apologize. Being a growing global organization, our business challenges evolve daily. While it does beg for a reasonable amount of flexibility from employees, it more often requires frequent and transparent communication. We need to keep an ongoing conversation about where we have pain points as an organization, and how we can improve to make sure employees are happy, healthy and able to perform at their best! We can do better at this as an organization at large, as managers and business leaders, and we encourage the same from individual contributors. As a current employee, you should know we have an open-door policy and would energetically support you to come to your manager, any executive or HR leader to discuss these issues if they are not yet resolved. We will discuss these concerns internally with our business leaders to ensure a clear understanding of our company values and improve our employee experience. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Upper management will never leave this company as they won't get any other job and you will never grow, its like a brothel honestly. Never recommend this to anyone.
