The schedule is flexible, the pay was ok, and you could work from home up to 2 days a week after your probation period, work for different clients and get experience using different applications
Cons
Blame game when something goes wrong, want to bill all hours - a problem when there's an ebb in work available, little training
The atmosphere was a delight. For the most part, my coworkers were great to work with. I've frankly run out of positive things I can say.
Cons
Some of the mid-level staff are, frankly, deceitful and treacherous. There is an attitude that is overtly hostile to anyone who doesn't bow before one of the senior writers, who will spend an inordinate amount of time lecturing people on their personal lives. When that's not happening, this writer will be bad mouthing people.
