Great work Environment. People are awesome and collaborative. The Data Associate team is a GREAT stepping stone for new graduates.

Cons

If you are applying for the Data Associate team, be weary that this is not a position to be a Data Analyst. A Data Associate at InfoScout is as good as a Data Entry Specialist. Not much analytical work going on. This is definitely a good stepping stone from college to the industry but this position is definitely not a Data Analyst role nor is it tangential to a Data Analyst role.

Work from home or not. They really don’t care. Our parent company Market Track is more corporate. Best to join them. Product is top notch to work on.

Cons

Wednesday lunch. Spend hours on slack debating about where to go. Now we may sneak outside so other people from legacy companies don’t see the spend. I know, we are spoiled. It is our culture.
