      Big waste of time

      Pros

      Some experienced and knowledgeable people in Telecommunications . Not much more I could say to be honest. I couldn’t really think of any pros

      Pay was quite low and every employee’s package was, surprisingly,known to others in the office so when you blend that with the average employee age ( 27-28) you get a high-school-like competition and all around behaviour.Very little structure, very little ethics and professionalism sadly on low levels even from local management. Gossip-and set ups..not to mention Plenty of cold calling and no proper acquisition strategy - many in the office so called sales managers would spam other online businesses without tailoring their approach. Management overweening and incompetent to lead. Personally I would have been much better off without having been a part of their company.

      perks, hybrid model, competitive salary, indefinite contract, paid uber to go to the office, dental plan.

      Cons

      the way HR provides you the notice you don't longer work for them, I think is a chance of keep improving it.
