      Mixed feelings at best

      Pros

      The core NIOS product is excellent.

      Cons

      Regional management in APJ is weak. Turn over is horrific, great staff in many functions leaving regularly. Desperation to 'sell' the BloxOne platform to justify a move to IPO when the product isn't mature enough or fit for purpose (in many cases) has led to fractured messaging to staff, partners and customers. Cyber story is good but only a small part of customer cyber story.

      Lots of change

      Pros

      Great technology, passionate people, market leading solutions. With a great customer base and new enhancements every 6 months there's never a problem reaching out to end users to talk about something new

      Cons

      Significant change in sales management and product management over the last 2 years, still not stabilised. Field staff outside the head office often forgotten for updates and all-hands meetings, promise of senior management visits often don't eventuate or are rescheduled at the last minute which negatively impacts customers
