They give me job opportunity

Cons

They never paid on time. No Career plan. No Bonus/Compensation They don't care about your life, so no balance. Senior Management never/slow response to any queries. CEO also very slow in response/action.

cant think of any pros, all negative.

Cons

Slow to act on anything. Late salery payments, no payments in the last 2 month. HR dont care, and are not willing to help. CEO keeps telling me it will be fixed tommorow, but it never is.

i got to learn a lot in short time... hands on experience on different technologies involving interactions with clients directly

Depending on the project which you might be assigned to there might be possibility of working irregular hours which might be discomforting to some.
