i've been working in here for a year and a half, and i can say this is a great a company in an "unpaid overtime" era. i might be working overtime pretty often but i can ensure you, it doesn't mean that i have no work life balance. the environment is a good place for nurturing.

1. Employees are rewarded for overtime with coffee vouchers. 2. Support is always available to help find solutions when problems arise. 3. A positive work environment with friendly coworkers — no toxic relationships, just genuine camaraderie. 4. There is a routine of reciting the Quran and praying together before starting work, and employees are facilitated to perform their prayers on time.
