      No best reson to work in the hell..

      Its not company its hell. Dont join freshers they will treat as worker. The TL 's are bad .they dont know anything about Teh. Simply they working there last 5 years waste...fully bad compan with TL's

      Pros

      Companies hires freshers and trains them to work in challenging environment. They are strict with the quality and deadline and that often leads to discontentment! I also had the same problem. But ever since I started working with the clients directly I realized that its important to pay attention to details and deliver on time. I thank management for hiring me when I was a fresher and today I told a very good position in the company.
