      Pros

      Diverse, exciting company consisting of talented and innovative individuals. A happy and engaged staff led by brilliant management offering a modern working environment with interactive brunch meetings and a love of socialising.

      Pros

      The company is made up of people that genuinely want to help each other. Yes it was not always like that, but like all companies it has learnt from its past mistakes and now, with new management, I would say it's a amazing place to learn, grow and be part of something. I love that fact that you are given the opportunity to take on bigger tasks/responsibilities and then given the support to succeed in them. The work is can be challenging, but that is part of the fun The open and sharing approach starts from the CEO and cascade's throughout. Everyone is willing to listen and help

      Office is not the best, but with hybrid working and the management looking at a more suitable places I don't think this is a major issue

      We sorry to hear you wouldn't recommend Infomedia. This appears to be an old assessment as we haven't had a Business Analyst role here now for a couple of years and we have made changes. Since the end of 2020 Infomedia have made changes to its management team and the culture within the company as we look to address any concerns of old and existing employees. We are welcoming all feedback and we will continue to look into what other improvements are required going forward.
