Pros

You might be very very lucky and get a job with one of their top customers.

Cons

The contradiction in reviews on this website is the real picture about the truth of this company. Employees suffering while top management is trying to hide everything and paint a different picture than reality. I urgently recommend to check with current or previous employees before joining, It didn't take me more than a couple of days to realise the mistake I did !

Pros

- Good learning experience in the first few months - Peers are nice

Cons

- no outlook for the future, neither for the company nor for employees - immature management, sudden decision with no proper planning - no career path, no clear job descriptions or progressing tasks accross seniority levels - know-how is built on the go, no processes or explanation of steps, you have to learn on your own the hard way - low respect for employees, and unfair evaluations that demoticate hard workers

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. Let's address your points - Thank you for sharing your positive views on the learning and the atmosphere! - Outlook for the future - We make sure to share updates on the strategy of the company twice a year, and about the short term business every other week. In terms of perspective the company is recognized as a high potential scale up company and there are multiple stories of employees who climbed the ladder really quickly, which will continue as the company grows - Immature management: Point taken. Our understanding is that there is not enough communication about how and when decisions are taken, we'll do our best to improve - No career path: We have made a significant effort to create a clear career path, with promotion timings, job descriptions for each step, a salary grid etc. Please make sure to review the documentation made available to you and to discuss with your Personal Development Coach. - Know how: In a knowledge driven industry you cannot be prepared to every possible situation so learning on the job by applying rationality and creativity is a must. However you are true to say the continuous training (after the inception which you recognize as good) should be improved. - Unfair evaluation for hard workers: Fairness is at the core of our management principles this is why we are using evaluation grids, salary grids, career committees to decide on promotions etc. One point is true however: Hard work will get you a thank you and appreciation but only great outcome will get you a good evaluation and a promotion.

Pros

Depending on the account the work could be interesting but could also be very routine and drive you nuts. Your co-workers are very fun Infrastructure is good Central office locations everywhere Pay is good in comparison to different markets.

Cons

No clear vision or mission, if it makes money we will do it. Management tries to sell to employees over promising them and treating them as if their IQ is below 90. You are free to say what you want but it wont change anything, if you touch the right cords in your discussions it will be taken out on you in your career committee. ( Yes workplace bullying is very common) Promotes like a multi-national but runs like a family business, so nice words and fancy terms but nothing true to that really. Not uncommon to hear racist jokes from management. Insane turn-over rate Managers are not enabled at all Overall Management attitude is very frustrating and could drive you insane but you usually hang in there for your comrades.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience. As management we have to accommodate a lot of different agendas, from client who want a great service for as cheap as possible, to employees who want to learn and get the best package possible, to owners who want to grow the business and make profit, to suppliers who want to grow their business with Infomineo etc. This is very difficult and despite best intentions it is impossible to make everyone happy. If you believe the company is worth investing in then your duty is to come speak openly to the management, if you believe it is not worth it then maybe the culture is not for you and you should look for something else, in which case we hope that what you will have learnt at Infomineo will help you build a successful career. PS: On your comments on turnover etc please refer to responses to other comments
