Some of the Management people are very good and they understand the situation and take the decision accordingly.

Cons

Not a good organization to for experienced people, you are not allowed to take any decisions, few management people who are in chennai does not know about the value of experienced candidates and they treat you like a labour. No professionalism in their approch.
