Rude and condescending staff at the Sydney office which causal racism was common, unfriendly stare was common between white and non white employees. Who do you think you are really?
Unproductive and gossiping environment in general, no one wants to hear about your (failed) love life in the office all day every day.
Did I mention about alcoholism? You wouldn't be loved office wide if you are a teetotaller because they'll label you as "boring".

Tools of trade - there were none! Non functioning CRM with no visibility of pipeline, everything was done manually and that eats into productivity.
Micromanaging management does not value staff putting in extra hours covering multiple time zones in a short staffed environment, while they go for 2-3 hour lunches as they wish or not showing up at pre booked meetings.
Pay was horrendously low and they actually had the guts calling themself a "technology" company. Come on...
