Business outlook
Pros
When the company was growing there was lots of opportunities for career and personal growth. Culture and leadership had overall been great. The product set is constantly evolving due to RnD and acquisitions and they have very strong enablement. Even in 2025 there are pockets of growth. Work life balance is good and encouraged.
Cons
Staff turnover and minimal re-hiring since 2023 has made morale lower. Since the merger even more people have left / been laid off including a lot of great leaders.
