      A company with almost zero professional ethics

      Pros

      Company gives salary on time

      Cons

      Company doesn't think about the employees. In the month of March 2020, when everyone is trying to fight the deadly COVID-19 pandemic, all the companies are trying not to cut the employees salary and support them. But Information Asset during this time laid off nearly 10 employees without further notice. Also for 5 employees they declared "Leave of absence". These 5 employees won't be working till July and won't be given any payment or allowances. At a time when an employee needs the most of the monetary support, this is how Information Asset is treating their employees.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are competitive. The company is in a booming industry.

      Cons

      You will constantly feel like you have a target on your back. There isn't any loyalty within the company. Good people are forced out or get fed up and leave. Oftentimes management quarrels with one another and does not have the same vision for the company. During your time at Information Asset, you will feel your job is never safe. There is little room for growth within the company for most people.

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn new tools, learn more about the industry and the regulatory requirements. Some of the people are very helpful.

      Cons

      No company culture, no organization or common methodology established, no good reference resource (sort of ironic from a company that specializes in creating taxonomies). Some of management is very reactive.
