Pros

Good work(if team member are from Dublin) and domain. Good knowledge of technology and domain by people in Dublin. People in Dublin support for work life balance.

Cons

Working environment in India development is pathetic. There are couple of people who are only considered as best developer. No appreciation and recognition. Top management always criticise people in Dublin and always tries to show we are the best. They says that long term goal is to get whole work from Dublin to India. Worst experience one faces when he resigns, once he has resigned and show no sign of staying, the nightmare starts. Its also not sure if you will get you full and final.

Pros

A lot of very good people on staff that are highly motivated Some excellent domain knowledge within the company. Dublin office centrally located. A low stress environment to work in with a good work life balance and good raport (craic) within the office. Competitive pay and package (when they are honouring the pensions! ) Interesting and engaging work.

Cons

A rush to reduce costs by offshoring everything has resulted in poor moral, deteriorating code quality and conflicts of interests between locations No future if in the dublin office (new mgmt team seem content to continue the previous team's contention that cheaper is better). Seem prepared to let good people move on and in no rush to replace those who leave (in dublin anyway). Once upon a time this would have been a company that enforced best practice in software development, challenged existing practices where they thought weaknesses existed and embraced change when necessary to make its software better...this culture has fallen into decline in recent times.

Pros

Exposure of work, there is ample scope of work for each and every individual. No one sites idle, there is no bench. The people in Dublin office are way better in their conduct and approach towards work.

Cons

Unapproachable management, no transparency, you work like donkeys and get no respect. The so called senior people in the so called flat hierarchy are always there to discourage you and let you down. No professionalism and humility in attitude towards the employees. Work becomes a nightmare and the self proclaimed best developers will never come out for your rescue.

Information Mosaic Response

I am very sorry, and disturbed, to hear these comments. The described behavior and leadership approach are very much a concern and need to be addressed. It is not in line with Information Mosaic’s ny values, which are very important to me, and all the management team. We take these comments very seriously and I personally want to get to the bottom of this and get transparency. We are in the process of getting an independent assessment and will take appropriate corrective action. In IM we are justifiably proud of our culture and encourage direct feedback, which is normally received openly. We will take this as an opportunity to take strong actions if needed and further improve. Employee engagement is a top priority for us.
