Human Resources had bad communication with employers not in Harrisburg. Need better outreach to employers not based at HQ. Didn’t even know my manager had left the company until weeks after. Pay could’ve been better too
openness to to creativity, managers don't micro manage, friendly staff, family style lunch programs, ability to help other units in the company, ability to work from home, and open schedules to meet the needs of employees
