Flexible remote work but lacks adequate training support

Flexibility and lack of direct supervision; remote and set your own schedule

Cons

Training did not focus enough on actual casework. Once training is complete, it feels like you’re thrown to the wolves with a lot to figure out on your own. Pay doesn’t justify the stress.

This company, at least my direct manager does not micromanage.

Cons

Billable hours with no base pay. There are a lot of variables that can affect the amount billed. Insureds, reviewers, and agents.
