      Scam company that forces you to lie.

      - They offer a training course

      Cons

      - They get you on a call as soon as you apply and they send you a contract the next day to sign. They also mention that you should be able to start working/training in the next few days. - During the training you are not supervised and the material are online only. - At the end of the training you get shown a CV that is tailored on you with 5 years of experience and would train you to lie in the interview. - Also they force you to alter your LinkedIn profile and location. - If you don't comply they fire you and they send you a fine that is basically to cover the "training course" Do not Join

      Unethical business that uses scare-tactics to make you comply

      Pros

      You get some high-level training on topics they are looking to hire. But you are better of following a youtube tutorial.

      Cons

      There are too many to list. They will create you fake CV that you have to use or they will remind you with their lawyers you will pay a hefty fee. You have to accept every offer that comes around even when it's outside of the UK or they will remind you with their lawyers you will pay a hefty fee. Basically, you are their property for 2 years, and if you don't like something they will shut you up with their lawyers. Can't wait to finish 2 years with them. And if you don't believe me then check said names and you will see the same comments from their employees.

      There is nothing to be said.

      Cons

      A disgusting company that looks to prey on graduates. Gives promises of kickstarting their career in tech, yet does none of that and only lies to maximise their own profits. I feel sorry for anyone that's already been caught by this, as this company do not care about you at all. Your life as a professional is fabricated and you're forced to play a role in this world for the sake of this company's greed. Once you're in it, good luck getting out as this company locks you in to a very substantial exit fee.
