      No pay, no communication from leadership

      Pros

      Company has managed to hire very talented people.

      Cons

      Company is sporadically paying employees, if at all. Company let employee health insurance policy lapse without notice. No communication from CEO when payroll was not going to be met. 401k deductions from paycheck do not get deposited in timely manner, if at all.

      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      ITP is not paying its employees on time. Employees will go weeks to months without seeing a check. Clients and employees are jumping ship left and right. It's a failed business and I wouldn't recommend working here even to my worst of enemies.

      Pros

      Absolutely NONE there are no benefits to work for this company and it seems like they are going under.

      Cons

      They underpay, don't give raises and you'll be lucky if they even pay you.....they wire transfer you money and make you pay for it when you do get paid. benefits suck and there is absolutely no communication from any management on anything. It takes weeks just to get a response.
