- the team is incredible - the culture is positive and is actively nurtured - benefits and salary are competitive - growth and education is paramount

Cons

The org is small & nimble so there is a limit to your career track with regard to title and responsibilities. This does not discredit the amazing culture of personal growth and professional development that I experienced during my time at Informed. However, after some years I found that there is a ceiling in some regards that could only be broken through at a larger more structured organization.
