Pros

I would love to be able to write something positive about this company but I genuinely can’t! - I am not a disgruntled employee that got fired and now looking to get one over on them! The day I left the company was the best move I ever made!

Cons

The CEO / Founder is one of the biggest liars I have ever come across! He will tell you he personally did £1 million worth of placements, but let me reassure you he has never done a placement in his life! He has tried 4 times to set up a recruitment company and has failed on all of them. Inforom LTD, Inforom Global Search LTD, Inforom Consultancy services LTD and Inforom Consultancy services 2 LTD. The commision scheme on paper looks good but the goal posts will move and I can assure this is one of the worst in the industry! Do yourself a favour and steer clear – There are so many better agencies to work for.

Pros

I made some friends with other consultants and I am still friends with them now. Drinks on Friday could be fun too.

Cons

The CEO is unrealistic and changes his mind all of the time. The team of 20 or so consultants don't actually do any deals as they are inexperienced and end up becoming an expense paid for by the select few that bring on business. The CEO has clear favourites and for some weird reason gives the people he doesn't like the scraps to work with. "Personal" relationships in the office create an environment that doesn't let hard workers progress and consultants have to walk on egg shells around a certain lady. The "leadership team" shouldn't be doing "recreational substances" on work nights out or trips. Its just a bad look. Commission is paid in 2 parts as the CEO says this "protects the business" so basically if you leave you don't get paid comms owed, this has happened to many people who leave. There is an "opportunity" to do well and earn a piece of the business but everybody that has ever come close or got 10% has left on bad terms. Fact. Also, I have seen many people leave as it has a constant revolving door and when they resign this angers the CEO and he then tells the team that the consultant who left "wasn't that good anyway" and that he "sacked' them when we all know this isn't the truth. Its also on companies house in several different names as it has folded several times which doesn't look good when clients look it up. Also, it doesn't look good when the new website has bad grammar and spelling mistakes. I also got told that my emails and internet history was read when I was out of the office. This as denied by "management" but my colleague sitting next to me ensured this was the case.

Pros

Honestly don’t even have one pro.

Cons

Horrendously misogynistic staff. Heard countless rape jokes in my time there and was sexually harassed by other staff members (including management) on a daily basis. Nobody ever got any commission. Outrageously high staff turnover. Complete boys club. Don’t seem to know what they’re doing - rely on LinkedIn. Constantly fed lies about progression opportunities overseas and company growth.
