Management from HQ to the president is very poor. Just read the other reviews. A large source of the negative reviews stems from Tony. He deserves a large portion of the blame. It's a huge shame because with the right team, Infortrend's product has a good chance in the storage market.

The president of this company will abuse you. He will make you do things out of your job title. He will even call you stupid in front of other employees! Every time someone quits he will not hire a new employee and will give the work to another employee!!! I don;t understand how you can;t even appreciate an employee when she;s doing the work of three to four people at the same time and the pay is a slap in the face. He will even make you do janitorial work no matter what your position is!!! Very bad management, the operations manager is a rat and makes so many mistakes and he will do his absolute best to make sure you get blamed for it so I kept a log of everything he messed up on, some of them are pretty bad. Don't be conned by this company, there's always a promise of better things to come but they never do no matter how hard you work. They have less than 10 employees two of them works in the warehouse and their revenue is laughable at best, I don;t know how they stay in business.
