      No pros to share at all.

      Cons

      This review is related to Infosage Systems Bangalore only. Pure contract job with no job security. Have only 1 client. While joining you are treated as King as attrition rate is very high but while leaving notice period money is not paid giving silly reasons. No moral values at all. Anyone can be fired anytime. My colleague worked for 6 years and was not paid 1 month notice period money. Other Colleague was fired in 1 day citing non performance without any notice. Even I was tortured while leaving.

      Pros

      My Carrier started with InfoSage and very thankful to management because they gave me an opportunity to buildup my carrier. compared to big MNC's payscale is very good and am very satisfied with my salary.They give many chances even for poor performer to improve and grow in their carrier.

      No cons at all, Am very Thankful to Management.

      Pay Master!! Performance is the only criteria for Growth..... Being 6 yrs of Exp I was raised to managerial Position.. It will not happen anywhere as per my knowledge.. global presence.... Professional atmosphere

      Short term on-site opportunities.. Better to have more social activities..
