Most of the people there understand how hard it is to work at this place and will pat your back when breakdown from the stress.
Cons
Management and HR are married.. Literally. The more you work the more work you get until you are facing burnout. Lack of diversity in the work place. The people that have been there for decades are leaving and there is a huge gap in historical knowledge. Not great benefits. Employees are historically verbally humiliated and belittled.
