A positive work culture and an open-door policy that encourages transparency. While things are not overly extraordinary, they maintain a healthy environment. I have been a part of multiple events since joining. Queries are generally solved by the HR and team adeptly.

Cons

NO noteworthy downsides. I'd like to suggest improvement around enhancing the leave policy.
