1) No Ethics or Clear policy towards employees.
Too much control by few individuals and everyone is looked as a servant.
2) If people are working at home that does not mean they are robots. They can have personal life.
3) managers have not any technologies knowledge.
4) Onsite head is pathetic & behavior like little child .He is totaly non technical guy. But master in mental harrasment & Mental torture.
5) They force interns to write good reviews on every platform.
They hide their inefficiency/mismanagement in many ways. Almost all the good reviews you read are fake everywhere.
Heard many people were forced to agree that they will not write negative reviews about company.
6) WORST MANAGEMENT. Top management thinks employees are bound animals; worst management skills I have ever seen.
No vision at all. They promote only shoe-lickers (using good words, you can understand otherwise), and so the middle management.
7) If you are good at being dear to managers, go with this company. You will get as much back-patting as much you do YES SIR /OK SIR.
If you don't do that, you will see hell. They will not give you raise, they will demotivate you in every way,
they will make sure to let you think you are not worthy of anything. BUT if you are good at them, even if you don't work, you are awesome.

9) Advice to ManagementSeen many people suffer here just because they work with dedication.
manager don't like that, because they are themselves inefficient.
Good suggestions are teared apart, you will be forced to follow those processes created by manager.
Try suggesting them good things, you will get frustrated in the end.
10) DEMORALIZING ENVIRONMENT. If you are truly dedicated towards your work, they actually demoralize you promoting those who are dear to them.
11) Irrelevant deadlines(required 4 Month project complete only 1 Month ) promised by inefficient manager will lead employees to sit long hours (14 to 15 hours).
Even in the most of weekends. And guess what, they won't
give you compensation. Hard work will never be appreciated. So FORGET ABOUT WORK-LIFE BALANCE.
12) No any Project development cycle follow.
13) without any requirement start project development (only provide defination). after some module develop start changes 360 degree.
during demo call make requirement. Every status call change requirement. No any follow development process cycle.
14) Many application developed 3 to 4 times. Onsite team does not understand the client's requirements.
15) UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour Top management & onsite team.
CHANGE YOUR CAREER, BUT DON'T JOIN. Bewakoof management, Inhuman manager, Toxic environment, Inefficient processes, and what not.
16) QA is not upto mark.
17) Just don't build great office. Build respet too.
18) Technical manager are not supportive.
19) They have no plans for the betterment of the employees.
20) No knowledge in the leads and onsite Team.
