Pros
I got a lot of freedom to try new things. They needed someone to be willing to do tech support, marketing, sales, demos, and office work.
Cons
The company is directionless...or seems that way at the bottom. New products are no longer part of the industry we serve. Boss will assign a task and then forget all about it. No research is done before diving into a project. Lots of time and opportunity wasted for them.

No pros… Terrible Company to work for. People who they hire in Michigan are not too bright and also lazy.
Cons
You will have to pay your own healthcare. Holidays are minimal 5-6 days off a year. You will not allow to get more than 3 sick days in your first year working even though you have more than 36 hrs on your first year.
