Pros
- Office is in an ideal location; very close to where I live and it's in central London, so you always have somewhere to go during lunch or after work - Colleagues are really friendly and get along well for the most part. Real diversity in people's backgrounds makes for an interesting work environment.
Cons
- Some issues with the processes that still need to be worked out after the take over - Can some times be stressful as a result of a lack of communication between all departments

Good pay, central location, easy access, good atmosphere, Management pays attention and listens to your needs and questions, good bonus scheme.
Cons
None present, if you can't handle pressure or a busy working enviroment, this isn't a job for you.
