Pros

Great people who are truly dedicated to helping patients and providers. Management is top notch and I really liked all of my co-workers. IA is in a growth phase so opportunities will continue to develop here. I only left as I moved back home.

Cons

IA is going through a growth phase with a lot of ambiguity and not everyone can handle that. I found the growth and ambiguity challenging in a good way.
