Where to start...of the 5 years I worked here there were 4 plant managers and 5 maintenance managers. They preach safety but when it comes down to safety or production safety takes a back seat. And when serious issues are brought up in meetings you get yelled at. Recently there was a fire/ dust explosion, and the footage from the incident was deleted. If there is an accident it gets blamed on operations and the real issue is ignored so it can happen again. The day before any audit OSHA or customer visit, they bring in overtime to bandaid all the issues so it looks like it's fine. Going as far as putting up caution tape so they can not go to that area due to poor conditions.

This is the worse company you can ever work for. Besides all of the health issues that will catch up with you later in life. You have to maintain your patience from hurting upper management. The owner has no idea the level of retardation that runs his company.
