      Strong knowledg of the publishing industry, espcially trade/book printing; Good base of clients - especially via their VISTA operation

      Cons

      Obsolte product/platform architecture; all is client/server virtualized via Aptify to make it look modern; little to no investment in products or people; shreholder driven

      Disconnect between management and employees, no clear direction

      There used to be a few pro's but in 2018 moral was at an all time low

      Cons

      Poor communication of strategy and direction Employees not seen as people, more a number on a spreadsheet Expectation to do more with less, over and over Only focus is to give a return to investors/shareholders at any other cost
