Ingenuity Design is one of the best places to work. The clients are world-renowned in the banking, technology, scientific industries and more. There are superbly talented folks that work here delivering work products that match, or are better than, the top echelon design agencies in North America and Europe. Creative agencies can be sometimes be tough to work for with competing egos but there is none of that here. This is a highly collaborative place and respect for all is paramount. The owners, Greg and Meghan truly seek-out and value their employees input, suggestions and feedback and put all that collected information into action - sometimes as soon as the very next day. My co-workers are all really good, caring, hard-working people, who are very enjoyable to work with. This is a very positive and productive work environment that offers a healthy work-life balance with flexibility to address various individual and family needs. I also find the owners significantly more generous than similar companies in New York and Connecticut of their size with their benefit package and perk offerings. Ingenuity Design is genuinely a productive, fulfilling and enjoyable place to work and I highly recommend it.
