A nice place, very nicely finished.

Cons

Long hours, longer than should be expected of any hospitality job. Owner watched the cameras at all times and scrutinises everything, not allowed to put your own stamp on things to improve the running or the team, not one team member was happy being there at all levels, staff are treated terribly.

The place is generally clean

They make promise they never mean to keep. They charge you a fortune if you have a live-in position and they make you swap accommodation at their convenience with no notice. It is a custom to talk behind everybody's back. If employee keep leaving there is a reason: they're all lured in with loads of promises which are constantly never kept.

kitchen was run perfectly, chefs were extremely professional and skilled.

Cons

no tips no food for break toxic work environment many issues with people not being paid for the hours they worked. management are bullies who will force 16 year olds to work xmas day FOR NO EXTRA PAY no overtime, no tips. to work until 3am xmas day.
