Pros
Product is high quality and majority of the staff you work with and around will most likely be lovely.
Cons
Higher management excercises heavy favouretism flying there friends interstate to train other staff and attend events even if they are completely underqualified to do so. If you have a varying opinion in any way shape or form you will more or less be fired or demoted. Unfoetunately because of the extremely high turnover in management all those within upper roles are undertrained and have no qualifications. I was personally called amd yelled at over the phone for menial things constantly from someone in another state whom had nothing to do with the success of the stores i ran. Unfortunately very opinionated and undereducated people in high responsability roles.
