Pros

people other than executives and people in management are nice

Cons

Please do not come here. The executives and people in management do not appreciate their employees at the lower levels that do all the leg work. They do not give out raises! Especially to deserving employees. They have lost lots of money since they have been in business due to lack of performing to the expectations of their investors. The do not take the complaints of harassment and other issues seriously and when you try to they retaliate against you creating fear and anxiety within the company. You cannot grow personally here or career wise.

Pros

- Friendly Co-Workers - MARTA Accessible - Casual Dress Code - Piercing and Tattoo Friendly

Cons

Management is a joke, they're disrespectful and overly intrusive of your bathroom habits. The eight month period I worked there was the most stressful of my career. I never received QA and I was constantly criticized about my performance but only given vague responses as to how to improve. Management claims to want quality work but rewards employees who submit mediocre work done in massive quantities. ICS are treated like discarded children; prepare to be shushed, called disruptive and left out of company gatherings, all the while 20 feet from you the Risk Center will be borderline partying and the departmental mash-up of middle managers to your left cackle loudly. Their attendance policy can be appalling. They clock attendance points regardless of illness or injury; an employee was removed from the building in an ambulance and was still penalized. Though they claim to be understanding, you're made to feel uncomfortable when reaching out to HR about your concerns.

Pros

Advanced paid time off , easy to request of or switch shifts, easy going wok environment most days.

Cons

Managers talk about you with anyone who will listen , managers sleep Around with employees then get upset with the ones they aren't sleeping with and talk down to them but let the ones they are sleeping yell and talk back.
