I've been genuinely impressed with Ingram Content Group since joining. What stood out during the interview process was how much people seemed to actually care about the company and it's mission, and that's held up in practice, which isn't always the case. The role has given me room to apply what I know while also pushing into new territory. There's a culture of curiosity here that I didn't expect, questions are welcomed, cross-functional visibility is real, and you're not siloed into a narrow lane. I have a broad background across industries and company sizes, and Ingram ranks among the best places I've worked. The culture feels real rather than performative.

I've just begun working at Ingram and have had nothing but positive experiences so far. They have a healthy work/life balance, welcoming team and thorough onboarding and training. The New York office does a great job of hosting social events both in and out of the workplace which makes integrating as a new employee that much easier.
