Initiate provides employees with the opportunities to grow and flourish. Our team-centric approach results in optimum communication between each other, leading to efficient and high quality projects that make clients happy. I feel that I can work flexibly with trust from managers, and our health/happiness always comes first.

- the company really cares about each member of the team - feel very valued - work is interesting and challenging - training and development is encouraged - everyone in the team is really friendly and welcoming

Cons

Not many I can think of hence the 5 stars! Possibly just that there's a lot to take in initially - but this is the same in any job role.
