      Pros

      Every Company goes through various stages in its Lifespan, I have always believed that company in its growth stage is where employees highest growth will happen and that will lead to companies growth. Every employee will have ample growth opportunities. I have been fortunate to be working for a company which is in its early growth stage, which provides me with personal growth, helps me learn so many new things and try and assist management in improving processes which leads to growth of company as a whole.

      Cons

      Employees getting to much comfortable with the company that they would not like to change.

      Pros

      I have been working with Initor Global since 2018 and I have learnt so many things. Every now and then I get opportunities to learn something new and it is helping me in my personal growth. I want to say that you will get your own personal space which is necessary for your career growth.

      Cons

      Every company has their Cons and Initor Global has too, but here we are trying to get solutions together which is I think really appreciated.
