Pros

Nowadays there is no pros in this company. Very much politics based on casts. Seniors are very rude. Outdated systems. Employees are clueless about recent development of the technology.

Cons

HR is the worst part of this company as well as senior and top management. No preference for personal life in this company. You can be fired at any time if your senior is not in your favour although you are a performer or not. Everything in this company is about their own not concerning about their staff at any given time.

Pros

Nothing good. This organization doesn't deserve even a single star.

Cons

1. After IWLPL rolled up the offer letter then I've shared my resignation acceptance e-mail. After sharing my resignation acceptance e-mail, this company extended my date joining. 2. Whatever they (HR & Director Kamal) have committed in the interview, haven't kept their words. 3. Even after 26 days they haven't shared my appointment letter; When I asked the same, they told post BGV and BGV itself started after 2 weeks of joining. 4. After successful BGV once again salary negotiation started, company claiming that they haven't committed anything in e-mail. (As per their policy they won't give the details of CTC) 5. To learn even a simple thing, we need to appease the so-called seniors in this organization. 6. The employment in this organization is as per the mood of the management. 7. No professionalism and corporate culture; people asked to leave / people left the job within a month on performance issues!
