      Located in Southend so its walkable during lunch

      Cons

      Everything is subpar. The building - A/C was often broke during summer, very outdated facilities, dim lights, odors. The management - very cliquey with a high school feel, does not value employee opinions, lacks maturity, lacks appreciation for staff. The work - caseloads of 300+ with side projects thrown at you often. No real career progression options. The pay - $22/hr for the amount of work, stress and expectation is ridiculous. Overall, very draining environment.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. State Pension benefit if you can manage to stay long enough. That's about it................

      Cons

      - Management at the company is full of complacent people who are content with maintaining the status quo instead of improving the lives of their residents, along with improving their housing stock. They are perfectly fine riding the wave until retirement. - Lower-level employees are not supported and given unrealistic tasks/expectations. - Lack of leadership from the top. That includes the CEO and the board. It's a mismanaged free-for-all. Directives change daily. No one really knows what they're doing in terms of policy and compliance. - Getting anything done is like pulling teeth. Departments don't work together. Executives MIA. - They value process over progress - THEY LOVE POINTLESS MEETINGS. Let's have a meeting about a meeting for a meeting to come up with a plan for a meeting. - UNORGANIZED!!! - CONSTANT TURN OVER!!! - BELOW MARKET PAY!!!
