Pros

Flexibility with schedule, collaboration between writers and editors despite being remote, enjoy reporting on real estate industry

Cons

Don’t feel as connected to other teams at company, would like more opportunities to cover industry events in-person, and it would be nice to have an annual stipend that enables employees to get extra training/education for their role

Pros

Completely remote with work life balance

Cons

Not a lot of development for new team members. Repetitive and cyclical work without being able to be creative. CEO was out of touch with his employees unless you were one of his favorites.
